Crafting Recipes

Crafting Recipes is the concept of creating various numbers of different blocks, tools, and items available in Total Miner. To craft something, a player must first move items from their inventory into the crafting grid, and then arrange said items in the correct pattern which can be found on the blueprints spread all around the world in the Dig Deep game mode, or right here in this article.

Crafting[]

Every player has access to a 2x2 crafting grid in their inventory which can be used to craft basic items and is very helpful to begin with. You can craft blocks like wooden planks and sticks at all times. But in order to have access to more advanced and useful tools, a player must use a workbench. A workbench allows the player to craft advanced items that require a 3x3 crafting grid. To craft using a workbench, you must be within range of the workbench and then press the left trigger (or right depending on your controller settings). After you do this a screen with a 3x3 crafting grid and your inventory will pop up and you can now craft anything you want.

Below you will find a list of most crafting recipes, which will be updated as more recipes are added through updates.

Basic Recipes[]

Wooden planks	Wood		Used as a building and crafting material.
Sticks	Wooden plank		Used to craft various objects like torches, ladders, signs, tools and weapons.
Torches	Sticks + Coal		Used to iluminate dark places.
Workbench	Wooden plank		Gives the player access to a 3x3 crafting grid.
Chest	Wooden Plank		Allows the player to store items as well as blocks.
Furnace	Basalt		Allows the player to smelt materials. Uses coal or wood as fuel. Basalt is found at the depth between 400 to 500
Sentry Turret	Camouflage + Steel Bar		A block that can automatically fire at a specific group(s) of enemies without being operated by a player. It must be loaded with ammunition and given a weapon that can fire that type of ammunition.

Teflon

Carbon + Fluorite

Teflon is the only block in Total Miner affected by gravity. Note: Teflon can also be created by smelting Fluorite and Carbon in a Furnace.

Cobblestone

Basalt

Cobblestone is mainly used as a building material thanks to its attractive look.

Veneer

Wooden Plank +Stick

Wood veneer is used for the most part as a decorative block.

TNT

Limestone + Sulphur + Sand

TNT is an explosive used to destroy a big amount of blocks, it can also be used to destroy Spider Eggs. :D

C4

Sulphur + Cyclonite

C4 like TNT is an explosive, though C4 is slightly more powerful than TNT, it can too be used to destroy Spider Eggs once again. :D

Stairs

Wooden Planks

Stairs are used mostly to take players to a higher height in houses and buildings.

Item Shop

Wooden Hatchet+Iron Pickaxe + Steel Shovel +Iron, Steel Bar and Gold bar + gold coins + Wooden planks + Chest

Item shops can be accessed to buy different items like tools and weapons.

Block Shop

Iron+ diamond+ flint ore +coal + carbon +gold ore +gold coins+ wood planks + chest.

Block shops can be accessed to buy different blocks like wood and stones.

Grenade Launcher	Steel bars + Titanium Carbides + Flint		The Grenade Launcher allows the player to launch explosive grenades which have a big blast radious.
Grenades	Steel bars + Sulphur		Used as ammo for the Grenade Launcher.
Bow	Wood Planks + Woven Leaves	Wood bow.	The Bow is used as an early ranged weapon. no effect on terrain. uses arrows as ammo.
Arrow	Flint Flake + Stick + Feather	Arrows	Ammunition for Bow
Flint Flakes	Flint		Flint flakes are used as tips for arrows.

Steel Sign	Steel bars + wooden plank/stick		A steel sign's function is assumably the same as the wood sign's. Unlike fences, steel signs are yet to be announced officially. But they can be found in the texture pack like fences.
Locks	Steel bar + gold bar		Locks are used to make locked chests and locked doors.
